#1 and #55? I was pretty sure Tina Fey was going to be #1 this year, but I'm surprised that SM moved from #85 to #55 when this wasn't exactly a busy year for her. A lot of the women on this list are skanky unknowns, though, so I guess it should be taken with a grain of salt.
